The Feral Fix program is for feral (community) cats only. Feral (community) cats are un-owned, free-roaming cats, often referred to as "wild cats" or "stray cats." This program issues vouchers that allow feral cats to be fixed for FREE in Salt Lake, Weber, Davis, Utah and Washington counties. Residents of other counties receive vouchers at a discounted rate. The vouchers are issued to feral cat caregivers who are conducting Trap, Neuter, Return (TNR). Certain restrictions apply.
