How To Get Started
New volunteers must attend a casual new volunteer orientation before they can start. For volunteers under 15, an adult also must attend the new volunteer orientation and sign up to volunteer as well. During training sessions, volunteers learn about No More Homeless Pets In Utah’s programs, watch a video, and fill out a form that lets us know where their interests lie. Each session takes around 1-2 hours. For court ordered community service this orientation will not be counted towards completed hours.
Orientations are held once a week by appointment at the No More Homeless Pets in Utah office. We are located at 8029 South 700 East in Sandy.
To submit your information online please fill out the online Volunteer Information Form.
You may also print out the Volunteer Information Sheet and the General Release Form and mail them to 8029 S 700 E, Sandy, UT 84070, fax them to 801-352-0380 or bring them with you to the new volunteer orientation.
