420 DOGS AND CATS GO HOME!!

When the No More Homeless Pets in Utah’s spring Super Adoption closed its doors on Sunday, May 4th, 420 animals had been adopted. 140 lucky felines and 280 happy hounds now have homes as a result of the three day adoption weekend. In keeping with the Paw it Forward theme, thousands of people enjoyed the beautiful weather and came out to save a life and pay it forward for animals.

The event was held in the PetSmart parking lot at 389 West and 1830 South in Salt Lake City. Over 25 rescue groups and animals shelters from all over Utah participated in the Super Adoption and over 800 adorable dogs, cats, puppies and kittens were available for adoption. Doors opened on Friday, May 2nd and the adoption ran through Sunday, May 4th at 4 PM.

All the animals were fixed and vaccinated. The Big Fix mobile spay/neuter clinic was on location to spay or neuter  any unsterilized animals that were adopted. The Spring Super Adoption was presented by No More Homeless Pets in Utah in partnership with PetSmart. This the 17th Super Adoption event for No More Homeless Pets.
